After you sign in as a Service Provider (a person)

Four stops:
1) Sign in — about a minute.
2) Your skills & area — the lanes you're open to (Volunteer, Paid side hustle, Internship), up to 5 approved keywords, a short About, where and when you can work (up to five postal codes; on-site, remote or hybrid).
3) Verify — a $1 card check, or where it is offered a $3 government-ID check; or a paid subscriber who knows you vouches for you. Connect LinkedIn as your public-profile proof.
4) You're listed — organizations can find you, and you can claim hours on volunteer postings or apply to paid work and internships.

Your dashboard then shows your lanes, what is coming up, offers and applications waiting for an answer, and your service record (verified hours by lane, milestones). "My workspace" holds your lanes, skills, rates and availability; "Discover" finds work; "Applications", "Offers" and "Placements" track paid work and internships; "My schedule" lists the hours you've claimed; "Verification" shows which checks you've passed; "References" lets you ask people who know you.
