Volunteering — organizations
5 free/30 days
Volunteers themselves always join free.

- $10 per cycle for up to 10 volunteers

Cycles are non-refundable once any posting or recruitment happens in the cycle; unused cycles are refundable via support.
Workers, side hustlers & interns

The small stuff, spelled out
$1 profile validation (one-time)
Every member validates their profile with a one-time $1 card check. It proves a real person with a real card is behind the profile — only validated profiles are discoverable. Country not covered by Stripe? Pay via Google Pay or another vendor — request manual verification from your profile and we'll coordinate. No card at all? Your legal guardian (a paid subscriber) can validate you at once, or any other paid subscriber who knows you can with admin approval — they can cancel afterwards with no penalty and your validation stays.
Internships
Organizations only. Interns never pay a job fee. Every posting states paid, stipend, or unpaid. Unpaid and stipend internships count toward the organization's volunteer allowance; a paid internship follows the paid-job rules above. The $3 internship reference letter at the end is paid by the organization. Details on Internships.
Volunteer hire plans (organizations)
5 volunteer hires free every 30-day cycle. $10/cycle for up to 10, $70/cycle for up to 100. Upgrade or downgrade any time; unused, un-started cycles are refundable; 100+ is custom — email support.
Paid jobs
Workers never pay a job fee — the organization that hires pays it, and their first paid hire is free. After that it is $2 minimum, 2% above that, and never more than $9 however large the job. Organizations are billed once a month, not once a job. A $3/month subscription keeps a worker's profile discoverable in their chosen postal codes.
Engagement certificates
$1 per certificate, paid by either side — once one party pays, the other side sees it free. Certificates carry verified hours and milestones, and organizations can add their logo.
