Text messages (SMS)
PinchHitterPool is operated by SoftTelRG LLC. We send one kind of text: a one-time verification code, and only when you ask for it. No marketing, ever.
How you opt in
- Signed in to your PinchHitterPool account, you open Verify phone number (Account → Verification).
- You type your own mobile number.
- You tap Send code. The consent wording sits directly under that button (shown below).
- We text a 6-digit code to that number, you enter it, and the number is verified. Nothing else is sent unless you ask for another code.
What the sign-up step looks like
By tapping Send code, you agree to receive a one-time verification text from PinchHitterPool (SoftTelRG LLC) at this number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.

The message you receive
PinchHitterPool (SoftTelRG): your verification code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.
Texts come from +1 (877) 729-8885, SoftTelRG LLC’s number. SoftTelRG’s other apps, such as EventHubQ, use the same number the same way: a code only when you request one, naming the app.
Frequency, cost and opting out
- One message per code you request.
- Message and data rates may apply, from your carrier. We don’t charge for the text.
- Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or email support@softtelrg.com.
- No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
