EventHubQ listing terms

Version 2026-10-01 · last updated October 1, 2026. These terms are between you and SoftTelRG LLC (7300 State Highway 121, Suite 300, McKinney, Texas 75070, USA), which runs both PinchHitterPool and its sister event app EventHubQ. They apply when you switch on “List us on EventHubQ” for an organization or “Show my profile on EventHubQ” for yourself, and they add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In these terms, “we” means SoftTelRG LLC, “you” means the business or person being listed and anyone acting for it, and “host” means an EventHubQ event host or planner.

1. When you are listed

EventHubQ shows you as a listed vendor only when all three are true:

  1. You are verified on PinchHitterPool — an organization through its Google Business Profile; an individual through a verified phone plus the ID check or card check PinchHitterPool asks for (a household also confirms its home address).
  2. The EventHubQ switch is on, with at least one way for hosts to reach you.
  3. You have accepted these terms on PinchHitterPool.

If any of the three stops being true — for example verification is withdrawn — EventHubQ stops showing you, and events that added you show you as no longer shared.

2. You own the business, or the owner authorized you

By accepting, you declare that you own the business, or that you are a delegate its owner has authorized to list it and act for it, and that the name, website and contact details you list are yours to use. If you are a delegate, the owner is bound by what you do for the business. If that authority ends, you must turn the listing off and tell us. You must not list a business that is not yours or that you are not authorized to act for.

If someone disputes who owns a listing, we investigate. We may ask either side for documents, and we may hide or suspend the listing while we do. Afterwards we may restore, transfer, suspend or remove it. These steps apply to the listing only; your other PinchHitterPool and EventHubQ accounts are not affected unless you have separately broken our terms. Our decision is about the listing on our services, not a legal finding about who owns the business.

3. Food rules, permits and licenses are yours to follow

If you sell or serve food — as a restaurant, caterer, food truck, home cook or cottage-food producer — you alone are responsible for knowing and following every rule that applies to you: food-safety and health codes, cottage-food limits on what may be made at home and how it may be sold and labeled, permits, licenses, registrations and inspections, food-handler training, allergen disclosure, taxes and insurance. The same goes for the licenses and permits any other service you offer needs.

Neither PinchHitterPool nor EventHubQ checks permits, inspects kitchens, tests food or confirms that anything may lawfully be sold. A listing or a verified badge is not a permit, license, inspection, endorsement or guarantee.

4. Your business is your responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, SoftTelRG LLC, PinchHitterPool and EventHubQ are not responsible and not liable for your goods, services, food, premises, staff, conduct, contracts, prices, taxes, permits, licenses or legal and regulatory compliance, or for any illness, allergic reaction, injury, damage, loss, fine, penalty or claim arising from them. This applies in full to individually owned businesses and home kitchens: the person who runs the business carries its legal responsibilities.

To the extent your local law allows, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless SoftTelRG LLC, PinchHitterPool and EventHubQ, and their owners, employees and contractors, from any claim, fine, loss and reasonable legal cost arising from your business, your listing, your declaration of ownership or authority, or your breach of these terms.

Your business name, description, services, areas and food details must be true and kept current.

5. Verification

You verify once, on PinchHitterPool. EventHubQ shows PinchHitterPool’s result (“Verified by PinchHitterPool”) and does not verify you again. A verified badge means a check was completed at a point in time; it is not an endorsement, license, permit, inspection, insurance or guarantee of any kind. We may withdraw a verification, and with it the listing, if we learn it no longer holds.

6. Payments are between you and the host — no commission

Prices, deposits, contracts, delivery and payment are agreed directly between you and the host. Neither PinchHitterPool nor EventHubQ is a party to that agreement, handles the money, or takes any commission. Listing is free; we never charge vendors to be listed or booked through EventHubQ.

7. What hosts see

  • Organizations: your name, description, website, city and state, and your verification. Never your team, address, or your phone number or email unless you choose to share them.
  • Individuals: your first name and last initial, city, skills and verification badges. Never your address, date of birth, or your phone number or email unless you choose to share them.
  • Phone and email: only the ones you tick, only to signed-in hosts and planners on EventHubQ (never in search results or to the public), and every reveal is logged.

More detail is in our Privacy Policy.

8. Turning it off

You can turn the listing off at any time, from the same card where you turned it on. EventHubQ then stops showing you, and events that already added you show you as no longer shared. If you turn it back on, you accept the terms in force at that time.

9. What we record and changes to these terms

When you accept, we record who accepted, when, and which version of these terms. If we change them in a way that matters, we post the new version here and may ask you to accept it again before you continue to be shown on EventHubQ. Questions: support@softtelrg.com.
