My search found nobody (or no opportunities) — what now?

An empty search doesn't mean nobody needs help or nobody can help. PinchHitterPool grows by word of mouth, so it usually means the people near you haven't heard of it yet.
- If you know who you want: ask them directly through PinchHitterPool ("Ask someone directly", or invite by email). They get your offer, join, and from then on you can find them in search.
- If you're looking for work and know someone who needs help: invite them from the Invite page.
- If you don't know anyone yet: post the opportunity (organizations and households), or get listed and set your availability (service providers).
Inviting pays: you earn $0.50 for every person you invite who gets verified, as credit toward your own plan or a $100 gift card at 200 points.
Don't buy a subscription because of an empty search. Subscribe only when you can see people or opportunities worth reaching.
