The home page shows five lanes. Each lane has two doors — one for the side that NEEDS the work done, one for the side that will DO it: - Volunteer & Community — "I need volunteers" · "I want to volunteer" - Skilled Projects & Side Hustles — "I need skilled help" · "I offer skills" - Local Work & Quick Help — "I need local help" · "I want local work" - Global Workforce / Response Pool — "Search the pool" · "Join the pool" - Internships & Early Careers — "I'm offering an internship" · "I want an internship" The "I need…" doors open an Opportunity Provider account (an organization or a household). The "I'll do it" doors open a Service Provider account (a person). All ten doors lead to the same join screen, which reads your choice back and asks only one thing: are you new, or already a member? Your choice carries through sign-in into setup.
