If something goes wrong — incidents and disputes

Either side can raise an incident on an engagement; the other side responds and PinchHitterPool records the outcome on both parties' histories. Late cancellations (inside 12 hours) and no-shows are recorded automatically. Disputes are not public and are never published automatically; only a deliberate admin decision can show a count of upheld findings on a profile — a number alone, no details. Abuse or spam leads to an account being suspended, never quietly deleted; a member can close their own account at any time.
