Messaging — fixed phrases, no free text

Messages between an organization and a member are chosen from a fixed list of short coordination phrases — there is no free-text box anywhere, which keeps the channel safe for both sides. Each side gets 5 messages per job, with the remaining count shown while you use it. Messages are deleted 90 days after the last one in a conversation; anything you need to keep should live outside the thread.
