The most sensitive data is handled by specialised third parties, not by PinchHitterPool: sign-in credentials by Microsoft, payment cards and identity documents by Stripe, map locations by Google. PinchHitterPool stores outcomes and references — a badge and a reference number — never a password, a card number, an ID image or an ID number. No street address is requested or stored for workers or volunteers; matching uses the postal codes you choose. Your phone number, if you add one, is encrypted and never public.
