It is not a résumé host, not a commission marketplace, not a social network, and not a staffing or recruiting agency. Nobody pays a commission on anyone's work: workers, volunteers and interns never pay a job fee; the organization that hires pays a small flat fee. Everyone inside is validated: a paid check of the member's choice ($1 card validation, or where it is offered a $3 government-ID check) or a vouch from a paid subscriber, plus a public-profile proof.
