Members aged 13–17 — what teens can do, and the guardian's part

- People aged 13 to 17 can join as Service Providers. At sign-up they confirm they are 13 or older; nobody under 13 can join.
- Before signing up for anything, a teen needs a verified phone number (it can be a parent's or guardian's) and a vouch from a parent or legal guardian who is a verified adult PinchHitterPool member. The guardian enters the teen's code from their own account — no subscription needed for that.
- Teens only see postings the organization opened to members aged 13–17; adults-only postings say so. The organization approves every sign-up from a teen — it is never confirmed automatically.
- Volunteering and internships are open from 13. Paid work is open from 14: the teen confirms "I'm 14 or older" on their Account page, and the organization still approves each sign-up. Salaried roles stay adults-only.
- Teens cannot create or manage an organization, cannot turn on a public share page, and cannot vouch for other members.
